Where to enter a promo code on Roobet
There are two places, and only the first one is guaranteed to work:

Roobet bonus code vs referral code vs promo code
People search for all three, and on Roobet they mean the same thing. There is one code field, and a code entered there links your account to a promotion partner and the current new-player offer. Roobet's own interface calls it a promo code; affiliates call it a referral code; bonus-hunting sites call it a bonus code. BONUS26 works in that field whichever name you use.
The one real distinction is between a signup code (entered once, for new accounts) and the in-app promotions Roobet runs for everyone: reload offers, raffles, race leaderboards and RooWards level bonuses. Those do not need a code and are listed in the Rewards tab.
