Commonly restricted jurisdictions
At the time of writing, Roobet's terms restrict players in the following places, among others. The list below is not exhaustive and Roobet amends it as licensing conditions change.
If your country is not listed here, that does not guarantee access. Open Roobet's Terms of Service and search for "restricted" before depositing.
Why the list exists
Countries with their own online gambling regulators, such as the UK, most of Western Europe, Australia and the regulated US states, require operators to hold a local licence. Roobet does not hold those licences, so it blocks those markets to stay within the conditions of its Curaçao licence and to avoid enforcement action. Sanctioned countries are blocked for compliance reasons.
This is the same position as every other offshore crypto casino, which is why their restricted lists tend to look similar. The exact list is set by Roobet and can change; the version in Roobet's terms of service is the one that applies.
What happens if you register from a restricted country
Roobet does not always block at signup. An account from a restricted region may deposit and play normally for a while. The problem arrives at withdrawal, or at any routine check: Roobet can request identity and proof-of-address documents, and if those show a restricted jurisdiction it can void any bonus, close the account, and decline to pay out under its terms. Deposits are generally returned; winnings often are not.
Our withdrawal and KYC guide describes the verification process in detail. The short version is that the only reliable way to be paid is to be eligible in the first place.
Where Roobet is generally available
Roobet has a large player base in Latin America, much of Canada outside Ontario, parts of Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and several Asian markets. Availability in these regions is subject to local law, which you are responsible for checking. Where a country permits residents to use offshore sites, Roobet's terms usually permit the account.
Spanish-speaking players can read our guía del código promocional Roobet. The Roobet promo code BONUS26 works the same way in every eligible region; the new-player offer it unlocks is set by Roobet and may vary by country.
If Roobet is blocked where you live
Do not try to work around the block. Use an operator licensed for your country instead; the protection you get from a local regulator is the point of the restriction. For how Roobet handles licensing, KYC and payouts in the markets it does serve, see the Roobet review.
Roobet availability FAQ
Is Roobet available in the United States?
No. The United States is on Roobet's restricted list and has been for years. Registering from the US breaches the terms, and any winnings can be withheld during verification. Players in the US should use an operator that is licensed for their state instead.
Is Roobet available in the UK?
No. Roobet does not hold a UK Gambling Commission licence and blocks UK players. UK residents should use a UKGC-licensed operator.
Is Roobet legal in Canada?
Roobet accepts players from most Canadian provinces but restricts Ontario, which has its own regulated market. Check the current terms for your province before registering.
What happens if I register from a restricted country?
The account may work for a while, then be flagged at withdrawal or during a routine check. At that point Roobet can request identity and address documents, void bonuses, and refuse the withdrawal if the documents show a restricted jurisdiction. It is not worth the risk.
Does using a promo code change country restrictions?
No. Promo code BONUS26 attaches a new-player offer to an account; it has no effect on whether Roobet accepts players from your location. Eligibility is decided by Roobet's terms and its licence.
Where can I find the official restricted list?
In Roobet's Terms of Service, in the section on restricted jurisdictions. The list on this page is a summary of commonly restricted territories at the time of writing and is not a substitute for the official terms.
